Cancelling or rescheduling

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give us 48 hours' notice before your appointment time.

Arriving late and no-shows

Appointments run on time. If you're running late, please call ahead.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, the appointment will count as missed and will need to be rebooked.

If you don't turn up (a no-show), we charge a fee of 50% of the original price. We can't book another appointment until this fee has been paid.

Late collection

Magda is a 1:1 groomer and doesn't have holding pens, so collecting your dog late affects the next client.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to collect your dog, we charge £15 for every 15 minutes after that.

Mats and tangles

Please tell us when you book if your dog's coat has mats or tangles, so we can set aside extra time.

De-matting is charged at an extra £20.

If the coat can't be combed out, it will need to be shaved for your dog's welfare and comfort. We will contact you before we do this.

Fleas

If we find fleas, we will let you know and stop the groom, so the fleas aren't passed on to other dogs.

The full service charge applies, plus £30 to disinfect the salon.

Aggressive behaviour

If at any point your dog shows aggressive, dangerous behaviour and it isn't possible to carry on, even with a muzzle, we will ask you to collect your dog.
