What every full groom includes
Whatever the size, every full groom comes with all of this:

- Bath with specialist shampoo, then a blow-dry

De-matting
Extra time to gently work out mats and tangles. If the coat can't be combed out, it will be shaved for your dog's welfare and comfort, and we'll contact you first.

What affects the price
Every dog is different, so the price can change with:
- Coat conditionMats and tangles take extra time to work out.
- Temperament and handling timeSome dogs need a little more time and patience on the table.
- Add-on treatmentsAny extras added to the groom.
Good to know
A few fees from our grooming terms, so there are no surprises.
De-matting
Mats and tangles cost an extra £20 to work out. Please tell us when you book. If the coat can't be combed out, it will be shaved for your dog's welfare and comfort, and we'll contact you first. Find out what happens if your dog is matted.
Fleas
If we find fleas, we'll let you know and stop the groom. The full service charge applies, plus £30 to disinfect the salon.
Late collection
If you are more than 15 minutes late collecting your dog, we charge £15 for every 15 minutes after that.
Cancelling and no-shows
Please give 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange. A no-show is charged at 50% of the original price.
