Who we are
Kiss My Mutt is a dog grooming salon at 1 Ancestry Close, Whitebridge Industrial Estate, Stone, Staffordshire, ST15 8QQ. We are responsible for the personal details you give us through this website.

What we collect through the enquiry form
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type in. That means your name, phone number and email address (if you give it), your dog's name, breed and size, the service you want, the date you'd like and your message.
Please don't tell us anything private that we don't need to book a groom.
How we use your details
We use your details to reply to you and to book your dog's groom. Still to be confirmed by the salon: that enquiry details are not used for marketing or shared with anyone else
Your enquiry reaches Magda by email, sent through an email service. Still to be confirmed by the salon: name of the email delivery service
Our legal reason for using your details is that you asked us to contact you about a booking. Still to be confirmed by the salon: lawful basis, client to check
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not use cookies, and it does not follow you around other websites.
Cloudflare also runs our website. To show you the site and keep it safe, Cloudflare handles technical details such as your IP address.
Google Maps (loads only when you click)
Our map doesn't load straight away. Nothing is sent to Google until you click to load it.
When you do, the map loads from Google. Google may then set cookies and collect details about your visit. See Google's privacy policy.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it, not a spam robot. To do this, it looks at details about your browser and device.

How long we keep your details
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to answer you and to handle any booking that follows. Still to be confirmed by the salon: how long enquiry emails are kept
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see the details we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct them or delete them, and you can object to how we use them.
If you're unhappy with how we have used your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We'd like the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.
