If your dog shows aggressive, dangerous behaviour and it isn't possible to carry on, even with a muzzle, we'll ask you to collect your dog. The full service charge still applies. See our aggressive behaviour policy.

A full groom is priced by your dog's size, from toy and small dogs up to giants. Every full groom includes a bath, blow-dry, brush-out, breed-style trim, nail trim, ear clean, sanitary trim and paw pad tidy. The final price depends on your dog's coat condition, handling time and any extras. See our guide prices, then call Magda to confirm your dog's price.

You can pay by debit card or contactless.

Please tell us about any mats or tangles when you book, so we can set aside extra time. De-matting costs an extra £20. If the coat can't be combed out, it will need to be shaved for your dog's welfare and comfort, and we'll contact you before we do this.

We'll let you know and stop the groom, so the fleas aren't passed on to other dogs. The full service charge applies, plus £30 to disinfect the salon.

Appointments run on time, so please call ahead if you're running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without letting us know, the appointment counts as missed and will need to be rebooked. A no-show is charged at 50% of the original price, and we can't book another appointment until it has been paid.
